  Log:
  Revised 'Add constraint' UI (as per my email):
  
  - Added extra handlers per individual constraints in do_constraintbuts().
    Don't know if it's a good way to do it or not, and looks kinda messy,
    but at least it's not that disruptive to the code :) Others can re-arrange
    later if necessary
  - Changed 'Add' to 'Add Contraint', folding out a new menu
  - Replaced constraint selection menu with a label
  - Swapped around icon/positioning of 'X' and disclosure triangle for UI
    consistency within and outside of Blender.
  
  - Visual design of constraint panels could still use a bit of tweaking,
    but best to leave that until it's in bf since the UI suff is now different
    there anyway
