  New compile option!
  
  Set "export NAN_SELECT_CUT=true" in user-def.mk to modify the behavior
  of the knife tool: after cutting only the vertices on the cut line
  are seleted. Wow, It would be great if somebody who knows the
  user pref code well (and who is less lazy than me) could set this up as
  a user option!
