  Multilayer textures are now supported.
  ie images from all texture channels gets exported.
  
  Thus the Col slider for the textures now allso works.
  
  Changed the way textures gets converted. This should result in better filename compatibility.

  Changes to the shader writing code to get it to work with multi layered textures
