  Kester's solid work for Makefiles. Enable this with
  export NAN_KESTERJI=false
  
  This assumes you have solid and qhull installed somewhere
  (I would actually prefer not having them in the source tree
  at all). The default place it looks for these is
  
  NAN_SOLID=../lib/{platform}/solid
  NAN_QHULL=../lib/{platform}/qhull
  
  but you can set these variables to whereever you want.
