[spe.pycs.net] Install problems om Mandreake 10.0

Do you have this file (/usr/lib/python2.3/config/Makefile) on your
computer? Maybe it's part of python development package. At least that's
the case for debian. I don't know if it's the same for mandrake or how
it's exactly called there.
