[spe.pycs.net] OSX install error

I changed the permission to let it in. But now it wants something else.  
How much more do I have to install ?

Spe is installed in  
/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.3/lib/python2.3/ 
site-packages

To be able to use spe in blender, be sure that this path is included
in your PYTHONPATH. See the installation section in the manual for more
information (  
/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.3/lib/python2.3/ 
site-packages/_spe/_spe/doc/manual.html ).

Spe was installed succesfully.
