[Soc-2019-dev] Weekly reports

Hey students,

We would like you to make weekly reports every Friday. This is a brief
summary of the work you've done and what you plan to do the next week.
This was hinted at in the previous mail but not explained clearly.

For this you can create a separate thread on devtalk, so they do not
get drowned out in the feedback thread. A few weekly reports were
already posted, they are good examples of how to do it.
