[Soc-2018-dev] Students: please move proposal to wiki

Hi all,

I'm still missing Geraldine's and Rohan's link to the personal page with the proposals.

We are still in "community bonding stage" - did everyone try to login a couple of times to IRC to chat?
Europe daytime is typically best to find the active devs (many are in Amsterdam currently for the Code Quest).

Also worth checking is the devtalk.blender.org <http://devtalk.blender.org/> forums.

And: connect to your mentor(s) to check if all's OK and when to meetup in irc to talk.

Laters,

-Ton-
