[Soc-2014-dev] Fluids, Weekly Report #3

Hello everyone,

this week, the main topic was meshes. As Mantaflow does not yet have a tool
to import a mesh (without using CUDA), I met the need to implement the
function for creating the signed distance fiend into the framework myself.
The work is still in progress.

Also, I did switching between 2D and 3D solvers, handling wavelet
turbulence and noise field settings.

Plans for next week:
- finish mesh import procedure, make obstacles from meshes.
- include mantaflow into blender build folder.
