[Soc-2014-dev] IRC - we have to improve communication

Hi students,

We like you to spend at least the coming week time in irc to talk with the active developers/users there.

At least: 2 hours per day!

Do it when you start working, and on end of days, so you can check on timezone overlaps with other developers.

There are still two main targets for you to handle with the highest priority:

1) Get your proposal approved, and have a good workplan approved
2) Define the midterm deliverable - defined in a way that gives everyone means to approve your work.

I also want to emphasis that it's not sufficient if your mentor only approves your work. It should be communicated/reviewed/supported by as many people as people as possible, especially those who are working on the smae part of the code or who are using this frequently and help us out.

Thanks,

-Ton-
