[Soc-2013-dev] Weekly REport #12 Viewport FX

This Week:

I have reviewed all of the code and have outlined and roughed out
documentation which consists of:

* Important issues that need to be addressed
* Documentation of new interfaces (mainly in the GHOST and GPU modules)
* An OpenGL state management policy
* ToDo list of minor tasks to be completed.


Next Week:

Post rough draft of docs on the Wiki and produce a video to present my work
to the world.

Start to address the issues I've detected and explore how difficult it will
be to merge with trunk.
