[Soc-2013-dev] Weekly Report #7 Rigid Body Simulation Improvements

This week I've added a plane shape and a non-uniform sphere shape and
looked into improving convex decomposition.
It's still quite slow and the results aren't always satisfying. There
are more recent versions of HACD available so I'll have to look into
using those next.

Next week I'll work more on convex decomposition and start working on a
better de-/activation system.
