[Soc-2012-dev] Wiki documentation + code.blender.org post

Hi all,

It's about time to create a nice dashboard for all projects!

Students:
- Add a personal page with the proposal, there docs on progress will be posted later too.
  (you can use own blogs too, in addition to our wiki)

We then will: (Tom or me)
- Make a wiki page that links to all individual projects
- Add a code.blender.org post with the cool menu graphic
