Hi,
what do you mean by "removing the ability to add multiple worlds to a 
scene"?
Is that only related to Bullet code or do you intend to actually remove 
Blenders ability to have multiple worlds in a scene?
If so, I doubt this would be accepted to do, at least nothing that goes 
into Trunk. I could be wrong though. :)
