[Soc-2012-dev] Weekly progress report 8 - Bullet Integration

This week I:
* Improved point cache invalidation and world rebuilding.
* Fixed more memory leaks and crashes.
* Slightly improved rigid body scaling.
* Made other minor changes.

Against my better judgement I spent a day looking into rigid body
scaling and while the situation has improved slightly, the main problem
still remains.
Also I decided to put compound shapes on hold for now, need more time to
think about how they should be used.


Next week I'll try to finish up loose ends regarding point cache, not
sure how much time I'll have for other things, see below.


I'll be busy with exams and assignments the next few weeks so I'm not
sure how much time there'll be for blender development.
The good news is that after that I should be free for 2 months so I'll
have more than the ~3 days per week I had in the past months.
