Actually the hive system project is 90% out of blender. The part that is
in blender is very small and consists in a single patch to allow passing
game control to a python script and a couple of API functions to execute
the game logic step from python. The details are visible here:

http://projects.blender.org/scm/viewvc.php?view=rev&root=bf-blender&revi
sion=47084

I would like to apply this patch to trunk already for 2.64, it will make
testing of the hive system much easier for people at BA. The patch
introduces no backward compatibility in games and does not affect
blender in any way.
