[Soc-2012-dev] Weekly progress report 13 - Bullet Integration

This week I:
* Mostly finished basic constraint framework
* Implemented point to point constraint
* Worked on collision groups for rigid bodies
* Made several fixes and cleanups

Like last week most of the time was spent on bug fixing but constraints
work now (with a few rough edges).

GSoC is over in a few days but it won't stop me from working on the
project.
Next week I'll work on further improving constraints and collision
shapes.

I'm not sure if I should continue writing progress reports but wouldn't
mind doing so.
