Hi,

just thought I'd email a quick hi, and see how things are going with
our gsoc students.

For those of you who haven't been active since gsoc ended I'd like to
encourage you to get back to being involved a bit, even if to just pop
into irc to say hi :).

Also you might want to try and update your branch to reduce 'bit rot'
- or just do a patch against trunk for when you stopped, and reapply
to current head.  It will be much easier to do a merge now when things
are still fairly current in your mind, than next year, when you try
and remember what you did.

We would love to get as much of your hard work merged as possible - so
if a subset of your work is useful and complete and might be something
that could be committed to head you might want to do a patch of a
smaller piece of your work and submitting just that.
