[Soc-2011-dev] Weekly Report 4 - Mocap tools

This Week:
Coded some stride tools, Analyzing the original motion to determine which
frames contain footplants and creating a new displacement curve for the root
bone, thus preventing skid. This has been commited, needs some
cleanup/optimization.
Worked extensively on a "implementation" proposal, laying out a detailed
roadmap of smaller goals and how to reach them - researching many topics and
looking for relevant previous work in the field, and combining these with
new and varied ways to solve some issues that arise from retargeting.

Next Week:
Begin coding the UI, to see how the different backends combine and to ease
testing - Will also make it easier for the community to participate and give
feedback.
Also perhaps work on some of the Environment Interaction tools (see link
above).
