Hi all!
My project is improving COLLADA Animation support

*== What I did this week ==*

-- This week was heavily spent on understanding the Animation Import system
adopted by blender. This task took the majority
    of the weeks work schedule and it took way longer than I expected it
would. Because the system was IMHO was poorly maintained
    and not documented very well. So I had to work extra hard to get some
productive work done at the end of the week.

-- At the end of all the studying have a pretty good idea of the system and
where it needs to be improved. To get a better understanding
   Of why the current system is not working had to study the opencollada
framework code to some extent also. So to fit the
   framework modified the exporter system also.

-- Started coding my own import system which is a considerable modification
to the existing import system. Felt if I write my own system using
   the stuff that learned by studying the code, it would be easier to debug
for me. Still in the process of testing the system. Worked less during the
   weekend due to some personal matters.

--  Wiki page documentations.

More detailed log is maintained here : *

*

== *Plans for next week* ==

I hope to test the newly created import system for the animation types which
the exporter supports currently. Then commit the new system.

== Issues ==
There are still some sections in the import system which seems somewhat hard
to grasp. Those sections will used sparingly
in the new system. If need arises have to discuss with the mentor about
those sections.

Cheers,
Phabtar...
