Week 10

1) what you did this week

I made an experimental version of smoothing that tries to make a vertex selection
 'flat' by only altering vgroup weights.
It's not done yet, but it's a fair proof of concept.

2) what you will do next week

Vertex selection in weight paint should work as though occlude geometry is active.
(Now that the trial period for smooth is over, it's higher on the list)

Smoothing will need more work
--ex:
mirror modifier compatibilty (tries to smooth mirrored vertices redundantly).
I'll also be thinking up optimizations, and better ways to compute the next weight to change.
