1) This Week
- Worked more on Outliner tools for managing actions and drivers. Can
now change actions from the Outliner.
- Implemented quick way to add expressions by just typing into a
numeric field, starting with a '#' character

- Worked on refining NLA drawing, making it possible to fit more
channels on screen. Also worked on some evaluation stuff, though
that's not quite ready for committing yet.
- Fixes to Grease Pencil action editor mode
- Added shortcuts for managing Cycles FModifiers in extrapolation menu
- Assorted constraints fixes
- Investigated some drawing/transform speed issues. No progress on these yet.

2) Next Week
- Implement the stuff that nexyon needs
- Some small rigging tools
- Outliner refactor as proposed on mailing list?
- Animation baking API (FSamples vs Keyframes - for mocap+tracker stuff)
