[Soc-2011-dev] Student wrapping-up todos

Hi all,

Here's dates and a reminder of what's left to do:

15-22 August: "Soft Pencil down"
- Wrap up code work, ensure mentor is informed about targets you  
delivered or missed
- Write documentation (both technical/implementation as end-user level)
- Provide screencast(s) of your work

22-26 August: Hard Pencil down, evaluation reports
- Students and mentors write final report for Google
- Before friday 12 PM California time!

29 August: results officially announced

30 August: students submit code to Google
- Formatting for it to be confirmed

I would like to remind students that delivering your targets (as  
agreed with mentor) and good documentation is a *minimum* requirement  
for you getting an approval on work. Not only your mentor should  
agree, we all should see evidence & results of your work clearly.

- Documentation should be in wiki on blender.org (copy it over from  
your own site)
- Docs with images/screenshots, diagrams of code structure
- A screencast is highly advised (youtube/vimeo preferred)

If you didn't do this yet, you've got an entire weekend & monday to  
catch up still! :)
