- Finish handling the /release/scripts/startup/bl_ui/properties_XXX.py
scripts,
increasing about 600+ new text items, and a zh_CN team is working on to
translate them.

Test on windows

3) Issues
Windows seems a little difficult for me. I havn't even compiled it well.
Maybe I have to ask someone else to help me test finally. But before that
I'd like to have a try.
