This Week:

Some good progress towards finishing mesh extraction. Outputs disconnected
quad "patches". However there seems to be a problem with the kappa
calculation and hence the field isnt smooth.

Next Week:

Fix the above issue and join the "quad patches" to get the final mesh. And
some final cleanup.
