[Soc-2010-dev] Status Report (GE API)

Hi!

This week I started a quite huge refactor of the audaspace library and I 
think I did huge steps not only improving the code and it readability, 
but also fixed some unfound bugs and made some speed improvements. 
However I'm not finished yet and will continue with the refactor next 
week which will also improve the Python API of audaspace by adding 
IIR/FIR filter capabilities for example.
