What's been done this week:
- context is now passed to python operators
- continued conversion of OBJ exporter
- exporter registration is "raw", so is the UI
Actually, there's no registration - operator is added and removed in the
script itself.

Next week:
- finish OBJ exporter
- convert 3DS exporter
- tackle registration problem?

In my proposal I specified that by mid-June we'll have basic data
import/export. So, if OBJ and 3DS importers-exporters are converted by June
15th then I'm on schedule :-).

Plen-air period was extended till 9th :-/.
