[Soc-2009-dev] a memory bug in 2.5

Hi all,
Just a quick note. I noticed that some memory is not freed in 2.5
after I load a test file in test248/render/compo_map_uv.blend

Output looks like:
 Saved session recovery to /tmp/quit.blend
 Error Totblock: 3
 reconstruct len: 40 0x2ab4400
 reconstruct len: 40 0x2abfeb0
 reconstruct len: 112 0x2ac05f0

I think the memory allocated in DNA_struct_reconstruct is not
deallocated when system exits. I'd like to fix this but I think it's
better done in 2.5 branch.
