What I did this week:
- converted 3DS importer and exporter

What I'll do next week:
- convert X3D exporter
- of the 2.5 TODO list

want to take the dynamic size arrays for RNA. Will need to discuss
implementation details with Brecht and Campbell if they don't mind.
