Congratulations to all the other successful applicants this year.

Many people already know me as Aligorith (via IRC, wiki, etc.)

* Have you built the blender sources before?

Windows Vista 32-Bit Home Premium


> * What compiler do you use?

I mainly use scons + GCC 3.4.5,  but also scons + MSVC 2008 as well



> * Do you have an IRC nickname?

> * Will you be working from trunk (2.49) or from the 2.5 branch

Obviously 2.5.

* Would you like to have your branch now (if you plan on starting working in
> advance or if you already have) or only later (around the official GSOC
