Hi gang,

The CVS repo, with the three branches 'sionix', nicholasbishop,
and 'artificer' has been created. I've added some information about
this, and a wiki page for this year:

Let me know if there are any problems with these documents.
Also, these are wiki pages, so feel free to get a wiki
