  Log:
  Some fixes to the Displace modifier:
  - Made the default displacement direction "Normal" (thanks ideasman_42!)
  - Fixed copying so *all* data gets copied
  - Changed UV coordinate mapping to remap UVs from [0,1] to [-1,1] so image
    textures work properly
