Sorry to bug you again however is it possible for you to recommend which works on Windows.
The intention is not simulation but to create models of mobile robots however exportable in COLLADA1.5 format.

Take a look at the MORSE website (http://morse.openrobots.org). There 
are tutorials and examples available there. You can also register to the 
user mailing list to ask questions about your specific needs.
