Hello Hervé,

yes it is possible... I'm using YARP, you just need a couple of lines in 
a Python script to connect to YARP and then to read the data from YARP's 
ports as well. You can check how this is done in
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Robotics:Middleware/YARP

If you decide to follow this path and/or need extra help I can pass you 
my lines.
