[Robotics] Blender's "Command Port" feature...

I don't know whether I have already sent out this piece of information
before...

Since some time, Blender has a "Command port"

via which Blender can be uses as a 'server'. This might be a useful feature
for our robotics use case. I also think it is going to go through a
significant revision in the road towards 2.50...
