[Robotics] Blender + YARP: first steps...

Hello,

With a lot of help from Paul Fitzpatrick, I've been able to setup a 
mini-simulation where a robot outputs its camera as a YARP image stream.

I've made a screencast which some annotations:

To summarize: full Python, no particular optimization, acceptable 
framerate (+/- 10Hz in 300 X 170)

I need to do some clean up in the code and soon after I'll document the 
procedure on the wiki.
