[Orange-tech] need to create a drq root/tmp dir

nope i was just busy with other things (tweaking an animation script)

afaik drqman still crashes at startup?
and sendjob fails giving that registration error,

so we have not been able to render anything in a distributed fashion yet. 
there are alternatives but with drq so close to working, and having 
succesfully tested it with the local machines here at the studio earlier, 
have not pursued any alternatives.
