[Network] Re-worked Linking

Hi guys, 

I've re-worked the linking part:

1. Double links should no longer happen.

2. The Link block now shows the actual status of your link ( 'you have invited xx to link' / 'xx has invited you to link' / ' you and xx are linked')

Please check it out and let me know if it works better now.
