[Network] Logged in as company?

Okay guys, I've made the following changes:

1. For freelancers, the 'Edit Search Listing' form now has 'Your Name' at the top instead of 'Company':


2. For freelancers, the 'Edit Member Page' now has 'Company name' at the top intead of 'Contact person':


3. The search results show the freelancer's name instead of company name:


4. The Freelancer's member page shows his name at the top and company name on the right side (my layout breaks if I add another line at the top):


How do you feel about this?
