sintel hair changes:

* flatten ears in collision mesh, these are intersecting hairs a lot
  even in the rest pose. ideally the hair would have no intersection
  here, but seems to be difficult to fix without changing hairstyle
* move a few hair points out of the collision mesh
* remove a few zero length hairs that could cause problem. this may
  break existing pointcaches..
