[Demoreel] Process screencasts and artists to contact directly

Siggraph exhibition starts on the 7th of August. Since we just need to have
the digital file ready by the morning of that day, you can technically
deliver as late as the 6th.  Which is what I did last year. Unless there
are plans to present the demoreel publically on the blender website before
Siggraph?
