Hi,

Very good; but I would make the timeline for work more flexible.

5.) Participants start work, 19th June 06.
6.) Project finishes, 27th June 06, 0000GMT+10

I think you cannot expect everyone to be able to spend time exactly in  
that week... Why not give them a full month or more, so they can  
schedule it freely?
