[Bsod-mentors] Game Manual

Greetings

I have put together a proposal for the index of the gam manual.

The sections i would like to work on for the BSOD is the:
- Overview of the game engin
- The blender interface

Though i'm open to change in both the areas I work on as well as to the
index which will be submitted to the doc-board for advisement as well.

I have been using blender on and off since 2001.

I have completed my first year in a BSc Computer Studys specialising in
artificial intelegence. though due to finace issues will only be doing by
second year next year.
