[Blend2cs-user] Bugfix and Patch for compiling blend2cs on Win with MSVC6

Hi,

Any chance to get a decision about that? As said, i'm ready to commit
my GUI frontend into a new subdir or module. Of course, the userid is on 
projects.blender.org, not on SF ;-)

PS:
I also have a small patch for optionally skipping the Lamp test (and thus 
"converting" unsupported Lamps to ordinary Lights in CS.
