Hi Michael,

This list is not active, and it was originally intended for tutorials, the
features page in Blender, .. The API documentation is handled as part of
the regular Blender development.

The bf-committers or blender.chat is a better place for that.

This is better be sent as a regular patch in developer.blender.org. The
text you see in the API docs is part of the Blender source code.

You are using a really old version of the API. The latest built content is
here:
https://docs.blender.org/api/blender_python_api_master/
