[Bf-webcontent] bug in popular demo file BMW27_2

Not really sure how to pass this info on, but it's available to download 
from the website so presumably someone reading this list might be able 
to fix it. I posted something on blender.community forum 
https://blender.community/c/today/gkO9/ saying:

one of the wheels of bmw27_2 on backwards

Just downloaded the (very popular for testing CPU and GPU) demo 
filedownload.blender.org/demo/test/BMW27_2.blend.zip 
<https://download.blender.org/demo/test/BMW27_2.blend.zip>and see that 
the front right hand wheel (Tire1) has a Transform Constraint with 
incorrect Z limits on copy To Rotation Min and Max both set to 180 but 
should be 0 (like all the other wheels)

Don't know who's responsible for maintaining donwloadable demos etc. 
Pretty long-winded getting to post this here! Hopefully someone will 
read this and fix it on theblender.org <http://blender.org/>site
