[Bf-webcontent] Add more info about blender versions that (recently) dropped old systems

Hi, as you all know,
since 2.77 blender dropped XP systems, and opengl 1.4 cards...

As I predicted before (see 
http://www.blendernation.com/2015/11/22/blender-developer-notes-november-22-2015/#comment-681733), 
some user, maybe living in poor areas, schools, or else, still needs to 
find, install and use those past versions, even if they miss latest 
features and performance benefits...

Eg: (read today) 
http://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/64693/which-version-support-windows-xp

And, even if there is some info about this on 
https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/, I guess it's not enough 
for who still needs to use older versions. On the current download page, 
a link allows to download "Blender 2.78 for Windows, Compatible with 
Windows 10 | 8 | 7 | Vista " but there's no other info to get latest 
2.76a, its requirements, needed libraries, service packs (windows XP)etc.

Since Blender has an history of supporting all users, even those with 
less resources, can some more support info be added in the download page 
for people that can't go past that 2.76a version, at least? Maybe a "XP 
user?, Opengl 1.4? read here..." link to a page with more info and help...
