[Bf-webcontent] Small visual error/glitch on blender.org/download

Thanks Dennis! We have this problem for quite some time. I think Pablo
(venomgfx) want to make some changes to the download area and fix this at
the same time. Otherwise I will take a look at it. Thanks for reporting!
