[Bf-webcontent] site optimizations and speeding it up

Hi Francesco,

Cool to see you have a git repo for the theme.

It looks like you separated out everything but the theme now? If so, it
appears that the README might need to be updated as it looks like it was
meant for the original repo that had all the wp-content mixed in as well.
