[Bf-webcontent] "dotted semitransparent background image" in the header terribly slows my FF...

The dotted semitransparent background for titles was an experiment to cope
with the lack of images at the beginning, it seemed to work fine at first
but it has a number of issues:

- It's all CSS, hard to keep cross-browser compatibility
- It's kinda heavy for some browsers to draw
- Doesn't fit design with the rest of the site anymore
- Maybe pushing it, but in some cases it can be disturbing (e.g.
trypophobia)

Now that we have this great images is not longer necessary, and it also
doesn't fit the rest of the design. It actually looks better by following
the simple cleanliness of the site. Hard-refresh the website to see how it
looks now. I made some other tweaks here and there as well, so if you
notice something weird please mention it here on the mailing list (on a new
thread).
